Russia Accuses Ukraine Of Striking Belgorod With Missiles
Russia accused Ukraine of missile strikes on civilians after blasts killed several people in Belgorod, near the border between the two countries. The Mayor, Vyacheslav Gladko, was shown on Russian state TV assessing the damage caused. Ukraine has not claimed responsibility and the Russian accounts of the incident have not been independently verified as of yet.
