Southern Californian neighbor honors veterans with free flag kits
JC Cortez, a professional carpenter, created “Flags Over Orange” in 2018, putting together American flag kits to share for free with his Southern California community. A patriotic mission, installing American flags to let those who serve know how much they matter. With the help of donations, his local Elk's Lodge and Home Depot. JC never charges for flag installations.
