Supreme Court issues 2 major decisions on EPA authority and "Remain in Mexico" rule
The Supreme Court issued two more rulings on the last day of its term: limiting the EPA’s authority on regulating greenhouse gas emissions, and saying that the Biden administration can end the “remain in Mexico” rule.
