Texas Gov. Abbott: Government must 'do a better job' to address mental health
Texas Gov. Abbott spoke about addressing mental health challenges after 19 children and two teachers died during an elementary school shooting. Abbott said 18-year-olds have had the ability to buy long guns for 60 years and society needs to target mental health issues.
