Thousands turned out to pay their respects to Tyre Nichols as he was laid to rest in Memphis on Wednesday. In attendance where leaders calling for police reform, including Vice President Kamala Harris who urged Congress to act. NBC’s Priscilla Thompson reports for TODAY.
