UN official: Turkey, Syria earthquakes 'struck those who are most vulnerable'
A senior communications adviser for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees said millions of those affected by the earthquakes in Turkey and Syria were already displaced and needed humanitarian assistance to survive.
