A video has resurfaced from a 2021 House Budget Committee meeting where Representative Lauren Boebert explicitly referenced the "Great Replacement Theory"—a racist conspiracy theory that claims white people are being replaced by minorities and people of color. The belief has incited a string of mass killings in recent years, most recently, the killing of 10 Black people in a supermarket in Buffalo, New York.
