Watch: Senate Passes Bipartisan Bill To Prevent Rail Workers Strike
The Senate has voted 80-15 to codify an agreement between the railroads and union workers agreed to earlier this year. The House approved the measure 290-137 on Wednesday. It now goes to President Joe Biden for his signature.
