Maryland elections board mulling over sending absentee ballots instead of applications

With just three months and counting until the November election, the Maryland State Board of Elections met Wednesday to discuss how the election is going to look. It has been a back-and-forth quarrel between the SBE and the governor, largely in paper letters, in a war of words that directly impacts more than 4 million Marylanders who are active registered voters.
