Trump, his family, Giuliani left off 11th hour pardon list
The Trump White House issued a lengthy pardon list early on Biden's inauguration day. The outgoing president pardoned Steve Bannon, Lil Wayne, Elliott Broidy, Kwame Kilpatrick and dozens of others. But he did not pardon himself or anyone from his inner circle. Katy Tur discusses with Neal Katyal.
