Kim Kardashian ordered to pay $1.3M after touting crypto
Federal regulators are charging Kim Kardashian with unlawfully touting a cryptocurrency on her Instagram account and not adequately disclosing how much she was getting paid to post about it. She reportedly agreed to pay the SEC $1.3 million and to not promote any crypto assets for three years. NBC’s Emile Ikeda reports for TODAY.
