The unhinged Florida man accused of mailing pipe bombs to President Trump’s political enemies was slapped with a new 30-count indictment Friday that potentially carries a life sentence.

The 25-page indictment in Manhattan Federal Court does not include new details about the allegations against Sayoc, but does hit him with an array of new charges tied to 16 improvised explosive devices prosecutors say he mailed to CNN, as well as prominent Democrats like former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, ex-Vice President Joe Biden and former President Barack Obama.

“Sayoc’s alleged conduct put numerous lives at risk. It was also an assault on a nation that values the rule of law, a free press, and tolerance of differences without rancor or resort to violence,” Manhattan U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman said.

Sayoc was ordered held without bail during a brief hearing on Tuesday. Among the charges he faces are use of a weapon of mass destruction, interstate transportation of explosives and threatening interstate communications.

The 56-year-old was nicknamed “the MAGA bomber” after his arrest last month in southern Florida. He’d been living in a van covered in stickers of Trump and images of the President’s enemies with crosshairs over their faces.

None of the bombs he allegedly mailed exploded. Prosecutors said Sayoc’s poorly-spelled search history on his cellphone implicated him in the mail-bomb spree.

Among his searches between July and September: ““hilary Clinton hime address,” “address kamila harrias” and “address Debbie wauserman Shultz.”

Sayoc’s court-appointed attorney did not respond to a request for comment.
