Fitness influencer Ca’Shawn “Cookie” Sims, 30, has been reunited with her family at a local hospital in Los Angeles, California, after going missing for almost a month. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department confirmed that Sims was found at the hospital in good condition after her disappearance, according to NBC News.

One of Sims' sisters, Chris 'tol, relayed the news in an Instagram post. "God is GREAT!!!!! Thank you so much for all of the help! Every step of the way. Lord, we FOUND HER!!!!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️," Chris 'tol captioned the photo of Sims.

Ca’Shawn is a trainer who shares fashion and workout content with her 216,000 followers on Instagram under the name, The Booty Doctor. Her last post was 13 weeks ago.

According to her family members, Sims was last seen on September 8. Sims' other sister, Ca’rynn, said the family had “no indication to where she may have been headed after last leaving her home.”

Then, Ca 'rynn later mentioned that she received confirmation Sims was in Pasadena from Sept. 11 to 12 and sought medical attention there. “She went to a hospital on both days with complaints of shortness of breath and was released from hospital care both nights,” Ca’rynn wrote, per People.

Actress Keke Palmer also posted about Sims on her Instagram, according to E! News.

"I can't believe I 'm making a post like this about Cashawn!!" Palmer wrote, according to E! "I just want to get the word out there as all her family and friends and I are truly getting worried. It has been practically a month since any of us have seen her, we just want to know that she's safe."

Sims' mother told ABC7 this week that Sims has been struggling with mental health issues as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

"There is no suspicion of foul play," the sheriff's office said, per NBC News. "The family is asking for privacy."
