President Biden concluded his State of the Union address invoking his 2020 campaign message on the "soul" of the nation, saying "because the people of this nation are strong, the state of the union is strong." He also takes a moment to acknowledge Paul Pelosi's presence in the chamber, saying "he is as tough and strong and as resilient as they come."
