Biden urges DNC to make South Carolina 1st primary vote in 2024
The rules committee for the Democratic party, at the urging of President Biden, has voted to make South Carolina their first presidential primary state in the 2024 election. The plan would be a huge diversity change to the traditional primary system. NBC’s Monica Alba reports for Saturday TODAY.
