Blinken: US Would 'Consider' Labeling Cartels Terrorist Organizations
Secretary of State Antony Blinken said the U.S. would "certainly consider" naming Mexican drug cartels Federal Terrorist Organizations on Wednesday. Sen. Lindsey Graham claimed the designation would provide "material support" to "bring in US courts."
