House passes bill to avoid rail strike
The House of Representatives has voted to pass a bill to avert a potential rail strike ahead of the holiday season. The bill now heads to the Senate where Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., plans to propose an amendment to include paid sick leave for workers. NBC's Ali Vitali and CNBC's Lori Ann Larocco report.
