Manhattan clinic overwhelmed by demand for monkeypox vaccines
Monkeypox vaccinations were administered for the first time in New York City today for those at high risk – gay or bisexual men who have had multiple partners in the last two weeks. The one clinic in Manhattan giving out shots was overwhelmed by demand and closed its doors to walk-ins by midday.
