Meet the youngest state Democratic chair in the U.S.
Anderson Clayton, the head of the North Carolina Democratic Party, is only 25 years old. That makes her the youngest state Democratic chair in the country. She was elected in February, ousting the incumbent chair, 73-year-old Bobbie Richardson.
