Mental health services expanding at Baltimore City schools

Baltimore City Public Schools have greatly expanded mental health services on its campuses. Mental health experts said here's a growing number of students in need of counseling since the COVID-19 pandemic began. A year ago, the district provided mental services to more than 8,000 students. The district expects that number to grow this fall as it makes counselors available in 131 schools.
