Operation Warp Speed adviser lays out COVID-19 vaccine distribution schedule
Dr. Moncef Slaoui, chief science adviser to Operation Warp Speed, said by June 2021, the government plans to have enough vaccine doses to immunize the entire United States, and confirmed that within days of FDA approval, vaccines will be at immunization sites and available for administration. “We are conducting trials, dry-runs, with exactly the boxes, the dry ice, the vials…being shipped…to about 60 sites today…as one of the last steps.”
