Schumer open to criminal charges for Trump, acolytes in Capitol riot
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer tells Rachel Maddow in an exclusive interview that while he defers to lawyers on whether Donald Trump's role in the mob raid on the Capitol was criminal, he does not rule out the possibility of criminal charges for Trump or anyone who helped encourage the rioters.
