Ukrainian prisoners of war detail life under Russian control
Russia and Ukraine have their largest prisoner swap since the war began with both sides receiving 144 prisoners this week, many now having serious injuries. NBC News' Ali Arouzi spoke to a few of the captured Ukrainian soldiers about what life was like in captivity.
