Officials familiar with the matter told WNBC that Donald Trump's New York case will likely be overseen by Judge Juan Merchan, who last year ran the trial of the Trump Organization. Trump is reportedly facing more than 30 charges related to hush money payments made to adult film actress Stormy Daniels ahead of the 2016 election.
