Woman found dead at Sacramento County homeless encampment was not a homicide
A 60-year-old woman found dead at a homeless encampment in Sacramento County on Monday has been identified. The Sacramento County coroner identified her as Kimberly A. Crocoll and the sheriff's office ruled out homicide.
