Louisiana law may be the first abortion case heard by new SCOTUS

Yahoo News travels to Louisiana to explore the story behind the state's abortion law, Act 620. The law requires abortion providers to have admitting privileges at a hospital within 30 miles of their practice. A similar law in Texas was struck down by the Supreme Court in 2016 as unconstitutional due to the undue burden it placed on women's access to abortion.
