Arrest In 'Barricade Situation' May Be Tied To Crash That Injured Baltimore Officer
One person was taken into custody Wednesday after a barricade situation in Baltimore, and WJZ has learned from sources that the incident may be linked to an incident Tuesday night in which a sergeant was dragged by a car during a traffic stop.
