The Toyota RAV4 pulls on the tracksuit: After the successful introduction in other model series, the compact SUV bestseller will also be rolling out this year as the GR SPORT. A sharper design, a sportier interior and an improved chassis characterize the new Toyota RAV4 GR SPORT. Visually, the newest members of the family are based on the motorsport appearance of Toyota Gazoo Racing. Black wheel arches, side moldings and rear door panels set accents, as do the black "G-mesh" pattern on the radiator grille and the distinctively framed fog lights. The front spoiler, which is dark silver in the hybrid model, forms a harmonious contrast; the plug-in has a gunmetal gray specimen. The subtle GR badges on the front and rear door also refer to the sporty variant. The RAV4 GR SPORT is also the first Toyota model to feature light-alloy wheels that are manufactured using a high-precision line-cutting process. The 19-inch gloss black wheels feature subtle machined pinstripes that underscore the bold five-double-spoke design. The electrically adjustable front seats have a suede look and artificial leather bolsters – the materials are free from animal products. The sporty character of the top model is indicated by the black GR logo on the headrests and silver contrast stitching on the seats, steering wheel and gear lever. The "gunmetal" gray is reflected in the trim strips on the doors and steering wheel.
