Amid Ukraine, Balkans losing hope of joining EU
As Ukraine gains fast-track EU candidacy in solidarity over the war, long-standing candidates in the Balkans are feeling sidelined. Progress on important milestones such as visa-free travel has lagged, and they expected little from this week's Balkan-EU summit. Lucy Fielder reports.
