Biden Prepared To Meet With Putin If He's Interested In Ending War
After meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron on Thursday, Joe Biden said he has "no immediate plans" to meet with Vladimir Putin, but would do so in consultation with NATO allies if Putin expressed interest in ending the war in Ukraine.
