$15,000 reward offered to catch person who fatally shot Humboldt Park man
Cook County Crime Stoppers handed out fliers Saturday to raise awareness about the murder of 36-year-old Ruben Olivares, who was shot while sitting in his car on Kedzie and Cortez on Jan. 18.
