Japan Sends Rare Warning to Residents to Shelter From N. Korea Missile
Japan's government sent out a wide-scale notice that a North Korean missile was launched toward the northern part of the country. The alert urged residents in affected regions to immediately duck and cover for safety. The government said around 7:44 a.m. local time the missile has passed overhead over the Pacific Ocean.
