LAPD offers $5,000 reward in caught-on-camera hit-and-run
Surveillance footage shows a car run a red light in East Hollywood last month and slam into another vehicle, injuring its two occupants. The owner of the suspect vehicle alleges they loaned it to someone else but can’t remember that person’s name.
