Loved ones mourn LA woman killed allegedly by DUI driver released from custody earlier that day
Angeles Rodriguez, 55, was driving to work one morning this month when she was struck by a speeding vehicle near downtown. “Now we’ve got to pay the consequences because this person was reckless enough to drive,” her son said.
