Mariupol residents attempt to rebuild, help refugees amid Russian occupancy
Though the bombardments have stopped, the hardships continue for the residents of Mariupol, Ukraine, as the city begins to rebuild under Russian occupancy. NBC News’ Ali Arouzi reports on how gas, water and electricity are unaccessible and why residents are opening aid centers to help refugees.
