McCarthy: Vote to remove Rep. Omar from committee 'not tit for tat'
Speaker Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., spoke to reporters following a vote to remove Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., from the Foreign Affairs Committee, and defended the resolution as not being "tit for tat" after Democrats had previously voted to remove Republicans from committees.
