Police use drones to control crowds in Madrid as Spanish capital reopens

Police in Madrid used drones to monitor crowd capacity at the newly reopened Rastro flea market. The historic market, which ordinarily would be packed with tourists, has reopened at 50% capacity as Spain tries to navigate a path out of its second wave of coronavirus infections and lockdowns.
