Pope ‘open’ to meeting with Putin, Zelenskyy as Ukraine war approaches first anniversary
Pope Francis told NBC’s Claudio Lavanga that he was open to meeting with both Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a press gaggle with reporters on a flight back to Rome from South Sudan.
