‘Terrorists’ are potential threat during inauguration, Leon Panetta says

Leon Panetta, who served as both secretary of defense and CIA director during the Obama administration, tells TODAY that last week’s Capitol uprising was “a tragic failure” of security in the Capitol, but “now we seem to have learned the lessons of January 6. We are much more prepared for the expected trouble. The real question is: Are we prepared for the unexpected trouble?”
