UN Security Council to hold emergency meeting after North Korean missile test over Japan
The United States called for the U.N. Security Council to hold an emergency meeting in response to North Korea's missile test over Japan. The U.S. is also holding joint missile tests with South Korea, one of which malfunctioned and crashed. CBS News contributor and former national security adviser H.R.
