EA Sports releases Player of the Month Squad Building Challenges every month for the Premier League, Ligue 1, Bundesliga and La Liga. These SBCs are made available for a full month after a voting period. For Ligue 1 specifically, there are traditionally three nominees. Most Ligue 1 POTM SBCs in FIFA 21 have been disappointing, but this month's looks to be a game changer.

The nominees for this month are as follows:

• Kylian Mbappe - ST / Paris Saint-Germain: 4 Goals
• Memphis Depay - CF / Olympique Lyonnais: 3 Goals and 1 Assist
• Wissam Ben Yedder - ST / AS Monaco: 4 Goals

It's an interesting field considering that all players involved have four goal involvements. In previous voting periods, even players with the most goal involvements didn't win the SBC. AS Monaco was undefeated during February in Ligue 1, so maybe that swings it toward Ben Yedder. Whoever wins, this card should be a top-tier item for this point in the game.

The February POTM SBC should be released nine days following the tweet, so possibly March 17. Of course, the exact release date is down to EA Sports. Based on the last release, March 17 is a safe guess.
