While there have been no major free agency signings so far this offseason, one player on the open market in Michael Brantley has already received multiple offers.

According to reports, the 31-year-old outfielder has received offers from the Atlanta Braves, Philadelphia Phillies and the Chicago White Sox.

Whichever team winds up signing Brantley will have a solid veteran left-handed bat in their lineup as Brantley finished the 2018 season with a .309 average to go along with 17 home runs and 76 RBIs.

One knock on Brantley is his ability to stay on the field. Even though Brantley played in 143 games this past summer, he only played in a combined 101 games during 2016 and 2017.

Brantley is not expected to return to the team he has spent his entire career with so far in the Cleveland Indians as the Tribe surprisingly didn't extend a qualifying offer to him.

This offseason will be a time of change for the Indians with one of their longest tenured players in Brantley set to move on.
