Taillon gets giant card from Pirates fans after cancer diagnosis

Jameson Taillon © (AP Photo) Jameson Taillon Pirates pitcher Jameson Taillon recently underwent surgery after a diagnosis of testicular cancer, and on Friday he received a gift from Pirates fans.

In a video posted on Twitter, Taillon showed off a giant card signed by a large number of Pittsburgh fans.

Taillon also met with the media for the first time since his diagnosis, and said he has only received good news so far.

Taillon also said he's heard from fellow cancer survivors and patients such as Lance Armstrong, Andrew Lambo, Chad Bettis and John Kruk.
