WWE is the biggest wrestling promotion of all time, so in theory, only the best of the best make it there. In fact, in the company, even mid-card wrestlers are extremely talented, such as Ricochet, Mustafa Ali, Sami Zayn, Johnny Gargano, Dolph Ziggler, and Robert Roode, among others.

However, in the last few years, there have also been WWE wrestlers who have left much to be desired. Their in-ring skills are mediocre, their mic skills are non-existent, or their gimmick is terrible. With that said, let's take a look at the 10 worst WWE wrestlers of the last five years.

Elias has been in WWE since 2014, and he has done practically nothing. He hasn't had any memorable storylines or any outstanding matches, and he's an average worker at best.

In fact, one of the best jobs of his career was with the Ezekiel gimmick, and that was thanks to Kevin Owens, who made the feud very entertaining. Elias isn't a terrible wrestler, but his career has been lackluster.

Aliyah has potential, but her development has been too slow. She came to WWE in 2015, and today she is still pretty green. Her moveset is pretty basic, and she still doesn't know how to tell a story in the ring.

She has charisma, but her mic skills are lacking as she looks nervous whenever she speaks. Aliyah has definitely been one of the worst WWE wrestlers of the last five years, although admittedly in 2022 she has shown slight improvements.

Dominik Mysterio

Dominik Mysterio should have gone to NXT to develop, but instead, he has been on the main roster despite not being ready. This has exposed him, as it is evident that his in-ring skills are mediocre, and he can't talk.

Dom has had several bad moments, but he still has potential. The last couple of months with The Judgment Day has been by far the best moment of Dominik Mysterio's career, but he still has a lot of room for improvement.

The best thing about Shotzi is that she is charismatic and can play both heel and babyface, but otherwise, she is nothing special. Her promo skills are average and within the ropes she is inconsistent.

Sometimes she can put on a good show, but other times she can be as sloppy as an amateur. Unfortunately, in 2022 we have seen her sloppy version on a frequent basis, and that is precisely why she must be mentioned on this list.

Madcap Moss

Madcap Moss has worked in WWE for seven years and his level is basically the same. Certainly, he toned up his body, and he has the ideal physical condition to compete, but his arsenal of moves is limited.

Also, his character work is always boring, perhaps it is because of bad booking, or maybe it is just that he can't make a gimmick work. Triple H should repackage Madcap Moss and give him a new direction to see if this time it works out.

Goldberg is a sports entertainment legend and has had an illustrious career, but admittedly in the last five years, he has been one of the worst WWE wrestlers.

We know Goldberg has always been limited both in the ring and on the microphone, but in recent years his skills have deteriorated further, which is normal considering he is in his 50s. Goldberg is the protagonist of some of the worst WWE matches in recent years, such as his bout against The Undertaker at Super ShowDown 2019.

Believe it or not, Tamina has worked for WWE since 2010 and never got better. Her in-ring skills were never great, and today they are worse than ever. Do you remember any great Tamina matches? Probably not.

Despite having the physique to be the dominant heel in the women's division, she never lived up to expectations. As for her mic skills, truth be told, she can't cut a promo to save her life, and she's not charismatic at all.

Shane McMahon

Despite not being a wrestler as such, throughout his career Shane McMahon delivered several incredible matches thanks to his insane stunts and mind-blowing spots. However, he is well past his prime and his in-ring work has been lackluster in the last few years.

His match against Roman Reigns at Super ShowDown 2019 was terrible, his match against The Miz at Money In The Bank 2019 was awful and his feud with Braun Strowman was mediocre as well.

Nia Jax

Truth be told, Nia Jax is a contender to be one of the worst wrestlers in WWE history. She was a sloppy worker who injured more than one opponent and worst of all, her matches were boring.

In fact, Jax's decent matches can be counted on the fingers of one hand. In the other aspects of the business, like promo skills and character work, she wasn't good either. Vince McMahon tried to turn her into a dominant monster heel, but it just didn't work out.

Speaking of monsters heels, Omos is also one of the worst WWE wrestlers in the last five years. Not too much should be demanded of a 7' 3", 400-pound man, as it's obvious he's quite limited in the ring. Omos fulfills his role as a colossal giant who is almost impossible to defeat.

Still, you have to be objective, and Omos is not a good wrestler. He can't wrestle, he can't perform basic grappling moves, let alone a suplex. His arsenal of moves basically consists of a Chokeslam.
