Danica Patrick promises to do a handstand on her car if she gets her first Cup Series win

Despite five full-time seasons and 168 races, Danica Patrick is still searching for her first trip to Victory Lane in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series.

She's had a trying 2017 season so far but earned her seventh career top-10 finish earlier this month at the AAA 400 Drive for Autism at Dover International Speedway.

She has probably envisioned what it would be like to win her first race, but would she have a memorable celebration? Most drivers to burnouts, Carl Edwards did backflips and Austin Dillon does belly slides, so what would Danica do?

A handstand, obviously.

"I'm going to do a handstand on top of the car. Bam!" she told Wicked Fast Podcast on Wednesday.

"And if I fall it's fine - I've got a helmet on."

Patrick is a yoga master, and the handstand is her favorite pose, so it makes perfect sense she'd celebrate her first win upside down.

Even though she's been involved in multiple serious wrecks this season, there's a NASCAR trend on her side. About halfway through the season, there have been three first-time winners - the most in one year since 2011 - including Patrick's boyfriend, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. Maybe she'll be the fourth.
