It has been more than a month since the Houston Rockets were eliminated in six games by the Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference Semifinals.

In fact, it feels like 100 months have passed since the final buzzer sounded in Game 6 on May 10.

Yet, even as the NBA Finals rage on (Game 6 is Thursday night) - and even though James Harden hasn't picked up a ball since May 10 - the reigning MVP is still the 2018-19 playoffs leading scorer.

The Beard's average of 31.6 points per game makes him the leader in this season's postseason, ahead of none other than Toronto Raptors star Kawhi Leonard who is averaging 30.9 points per game.

It is also crucial to point out that Harden scored so well while dealing with a bad eye injury throughout the series with the Warriors.

Harden, as we know, also led the league in scoring during the regular season with 36.1 points per game - also a career high.
