Several schools are facing serious allegations from the NCAA today.

One of those schools in Kentucky. In this case, the allegations are of Kevin Knox's father meeting with an agency and taking financial benefits.

Kevin Knox Sr. claims he has never met with Christian Dawkins of the agency and that the University is handling the allegations. He does not expect any punishment to come down and he expects his son to play tomorrow.

Good news for now for both Knox Jr and Sr and the university. We will find out the truth soon, and these are not the only allegations the university will be facing.

As for Knox Jr, he is likely going to the NBA anyways this offseason after a strong freshman season, so I am sure he is not sweating.

John Calipari is known for swaying star freshmen, and you have to wonder if they always have played by the rules. For his part, coach Cal released the following statement in response to the report.

“I have no relationship with Andy Miller or any of his associates. Neither my staff nor I utilized any agent, including Andy Miller or any of his associates, to provide any financial benefits to a current or former Kentucky student-athlete. We will cooperate fully with the appropriate authorities.”

If there is trouble, it can change the way Kentucky and other powerhouse schools operate.
