California judge orders release of Paul Pelosi attack footage
Footage of the attack on former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's husband, Paul, is expected to be made public. A San Francisco judge ordered release of the video on Wednesday, denying prosecutors attempts to keep it secret. CBS News congressional correspondent Scott MacFarlane has more.
