The Green Bay Packers are hopeful to get more production from former Pro Bowl tight end Jimmy Graham in his second season with the team.

Graham struggled to connect with Aaron Rodgers in 2018. Despite this, Green Bay brought him back on a $12.67 million cap hit for the 2019 season, which is the highest for a tight end in the NFL.

Unfortunately, it looks like Graham might be sidelined for a bit. Reports during Packers practice on Sunday suggest the veteran suffered some sort of finger injury after a ball deflected off his hand.

Some suggestions are that it’s a dislocated finger. Graham immediately headed inside with the trainer. There’s no further word on the extent of the injury.

Graham, 32, caught 55 passes for 636 yards and two touchdowns in his first season with the Packers after they signed him to a three-year, $30 million contract.
