Johnny Manziel's ex-girlfriend told Fort Worth police the NFL quarterback struck her "several times" and appeared to be "on some kind of drugs" during an altercation on Jan. 30, according to a Fort Worth Police Department report.

The alleged assault occurred in Manziel's Dallas hotel room in the early morning hours of Saturday, Jan. 30.

According to the police report, Colleen Crowley met up with Manziel while hanging out with friends at Manziel's hotel. When the friends left and Manziel and Crowley were left alone, Manziel became aggressive with her struck her several times.

Manziel then insisted on driving Crowley home where he hit her some more during the drive.

See below for the complete police report.

According to WFAA News 8 - the ABC televisionaffiliate in Dallas-Fort Worth,Crowley said during the drive Manziel told her he was going to drop her off and go kill himself. When Crowley told Manziel she loved him, she said Manziel laughed and told her "shut up or I'll kill us both."

When Manziel threatened her some more at Crowley's apartment, Crowley said she pulled out a knife from the kitchen and Manziel fled.

That's when Crowley called the police and the Fort Worth police began searching for Manziel.
